Official High School Transcript

The transcript must:

1. be received by Monday, February 26, 2024,

2. cite the cumulative grade point average,

3. be signed by a school official, and

4. be stamped with the official school seal. School should provide an explanation of grading system on official school letterhead if not following a 4.0 or 5.0 grading system.

If unable to provide an electronic copy of student's official transcript, a paper copy may be mailed to the following address:
